To continuously refine user experience and evaluate platform efficiency, we also collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII"), including demographic metrics and technical specifications such as device type, operating system version, browser type, and screen resolution. All restaurant partners are contractually bound to uphold the confidentiality of user information and are strictly prohibited from any unauthorized use or disclosure. GoOrder does not engage in the sale of personal data. However, we may disclose specific user data to verified service providers who assist in service integration, customer support, logistics, and secure payment processing.

Any information voluntarily submitted by users — such as reviews, testimonials, or public comments — may become publicly accessible. Users are advised to exercise discretion when sharing information in visible forums, as GoOrder cannot guarantee the confidentiality of such content once made public. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit complies with our Terms of Use and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Account creation requires a valid email and sufficient contact information to verify transactions and support service delivery. Without this data, access to certain platform functions may be restricted. GoOrder does not retain full debit or credit card information. Transactions are processed through encrypted channels utilizing globally recognized encryption standards. Where partial card information is stored for convenience, it is encrypted and protected by robust administrative and technical safeguards.

We retain your PII only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights. Health Data is never stored. Copies of identification documents may be retained securely for verification and compliance purposes and are deleted once no longer necessary. Upon account deletion or withdrawal of consent, all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, unless retention is legally mandated or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Where data is processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates, we implement stringent safeguards to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection standards. These measures include binding contracts, data encryption, and adherence to cross-border data transfer regulations.

GoOrder and its authorized service providers utilize cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, and other digital tools to create a more personalized and seamless user experience. These tools help us remember user preferences, facilitate intuitive navigation, and present relevant content. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Users may initiate permanent account deletion via the GoOrder mobile application. Please note that if there are pending transactions or unresolved financial obligations, the deletion process will be temporarily suspended until all conditions are fulfilled. To delete your account: 1. Open the GoOrder mobile app 2. Navigate to 'Settings' 3. Select 'Account Info' 4. Tap the option to permanently delete your account 5. Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts Upon successful completion, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently erased from our systems, subject to applicable statutory retention periods.

We understand that circumstances may change and users may need to cancel an order. You are allowed to cancel an order directly through the platform; however, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the following factors: • The status of food preparation or dispatch • The timing of the cancellation request • A valid or convincing reason provided for the cancellation • In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if ingredients were already prepared Refund decisions are final and are made in collaboration with the relevant restaurant partner, in accordance with our service agreements.
